10. Dangerous Goods Notice
Certain components of the Sensowise Wine Experience Kit are classified as dangerous goods for shipping purposes. While safe for intended use, these items are highly concentrated and flammable. Our staff is specially trained, and we package these products according to the latest IATA regulations. Do not attempt to ship these components yourself.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sensowise LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the website or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
